Terms Of Service

The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for the commissioned digital artwork.

Payment must be made in full before any work on the commission will begin. The only exception to this is if a payment plan has been made.

Payments will be made through one of the following platforms: PayPal, Venmo or Cashapp

Clients must provide clear and detailed instructions regarding the desired artwork, including subject matter, style, colors, and any other relevant details. Any changes or additions to the original instructions may result in additional charges.

Clients must provide a clear reference sheet of the character that is being drawn. Shaded reference sheets will not be allowed as it can cause confusion with markings and color picking.

I will provide a rough sketch or concept for approval before proceeding with the final artwork. The client is entitled to a reasonable number of revisions during the sketching phase. However, major changes or excessive revisions requested after the sketch approval may incur additional charges.

I will provide the final artwork in a digital format agreed upon by both parties. The delivery time will be communicated to the client and will depend on the complexity of the artwork. The artist will not be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

I as the artist retain full copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork without the artist's written consent.

I agree to keep all client information and commissioned artwork confidential.

The client agrees not to disclose any confidential information or artwork provided by the artist to any third parties.

Once the client has made the payment and work on the commission has begun, refunds will not be provided. However, if the artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

If the client wishes to cancel the commission before work has begun, a partial refund may be provided at the artist's discretion.

If the client wishes to cancel the commission after work has begun, no refund will be provided due to my work and time still being provided.

The client agrees to maintain open and timely communication with the artist throughout the commission process. Failure to respond to the artist's inquiries or provide necessary feedback may result in delays or cancellation of the commission.

By commissioning me, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service. These terms may be subject to change at my discretion, with prior notice to the client.
